Initial Design Consultation
Free introductory meeting to establish your vision, discuss the critical design elements, and review architectural and building budgets. We provide sketch ideas on the day.
Architectural Phase
Full measured survey of the existing property, producing detailed plans, elevations and sections. Planning permission and building regulations submissions handled in full.
Project Costing
A fully detailed, fixed-price construction quote covering all elements discussed during the design phase, forming the contract documentation alongside drawings and programme.
Build Phase
Construction begins in line with the contract documentation, managed daily by our project managers. We are on hand 7 days a week throughout.
